1. The Saudi Ministry of Health, several world health agencies, and the BBC have all stated the virus cannot survive outside the human body for more than 24 hours, and cannot be contracted through packages.

2. Our warehouse is more than 1000 kilometers from the city of the original outbreak.

3. While we are not affected by the outbreak, we have begun rigorously disinfecting our packages and warehouse in order to ensure our customers' safety.
