If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page.
