The following terms and conditions of this My Wallet Policy apply to My Wallet (defined below) linked to your ROMWE Account.

This My Wallet Policy is issued by SHEIN DISTRIBUTION CANADA LIMITED (where applicable,
"ROMWE" ,
"we" ,
"us" and
"our" ) and is incorporated by reference into our
Terms & Conditions (
"Terms" ). This My Wallet Policy governs the use of any credits issued to you at no charge or in connection with a successful cancellation, return or refund of an order you place on our website, ca.romwe.com (the
"Canada Site" ) or on our mobile applications for the Canadian ROMWE storefront (the
"Apps" ) (
"Wallet Credits" ).
Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms.
Subject to applicable laws, this My Wallet Policy may be amended from time to time.
1. What is "My Wallet"?
My Wallet is a virtual wallet linked to your ROMWE account where you will be able to access your Wallet Credits if you return an item and choose to receive Wallet Credits rather than a refund to the original method of payment used. The Wallet Credits can be used for future purchases on ROMWE Canada Site and Apps, or, withdrawn at any time, subject to our Terms, this My Wallet Policy and applicable laws.
On top of that, we might also grant Wallet Credits to you for free at our discretion. Such Wallet Credits may only be used for future purchases on the ROMWE Canada Site and Apps, but may not be withdrawn (as described in Section 4 below).
2. How do I use My Wallet?
You may view the balance of your Wallet Credits in My Wallet at checkout and apply it to your purchase. Please note that if the currency selected to pay for your order differs from that of your Wallet Credits in your Wallet, the balance of your Wallet Credits will not appear on the checkout page. Please also note that Wallet Credits can only be redeemed on the site or storefront from which they were originally purchased or obtained. For example, if your Wallet Credits were issued on the ROMWE Canada Site or Apps, it can only be redeemed on the ROMWE Canada Site or Apps.
3. Can I still pay with My Wallet if I already applied Bonus Points and/or a Coupon Code?
Yes! You may use your Wallet Credits as well as a Coupon and Bonus Points in connection with a transaction on the ROMWE Canada Site or Apps.
4. How do I withdraw my Wallet Credits from My Wallet (if applicable)?
Simply click the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT button, enter the amount you would like to withdraw and click SUBMIT to validate ( "Withdrawn Amount" ). The Withdrawn Amount will be returned to your account with relevant payment processing agent or the credit card from which the original payment was taken.
5. How long does it take for the Withdrawn Amount to appear in My Account (if applicable)?
It normally takes 1-5 business days for the Withdrawn Amount to appear on your payment processing agent account, or 7-14 business days for the Withdrawn Amount to be credited to your credit card.
Please keep in mind that the Withdrawn Amount will be returned to the original account that was used to tender payment, whether it is a PayPal account, another payment processing agent account or a credit card.
6. Can I withdraw the Wallet Credit to another card (if applicable)?
The Wallet Credit cannot be withdrawn to another card. The Withdrawn Amount will be returned to your account with relevant payment processing agent or the credit card from which the original payment was taken.
7. Can I transfer My Wallet balance to another ROMWE account?
Unfortunately, transferring the Wallet Credits from one ROMWE account to another one is not possible. If applicable, when you wish to withdraw your Wallet Credits, you may use the WITHDRAW WALLET CREDIT feature. The Withdrawn Amount will be returned to your account with relevant payment processing agent or the credit card from which the original payment was taken.
8. Why can’t I withdraw My Wallet Credit?
Please ensure that the amount you entered to be withdrawn does not exceed the amount of the Wallet Credit.
As above, Wallet Credits that we may give to you for free may not be withdrawn (as described in Section 4).
9. I never used My Wallet Credit, why Is My Wallet empty?
If you applied your Wallet Credits to an order that it not yet fully paid, the Wallet Credits applied will stay with the unpaid order.
To restore the balance of Wallet Credits, simply cancel the order by clicking the "Cancel" button in My Orders, and the Wallet Credits will be restored to your Wallet.
