From October 1, 2020 to October 31, 2020, ROWME will update its points system. During this period, all points will be archived for processing. To compensate users, all points that are valid for less than one month will be archived for 30 days,all points that are valid for more than 1 month will be archived for 90 days. This change will not affect the remaining points in your profile.
After the upgrade, points across all ROWME sites are no longer interchangeable. All points received from the current site can only be used on the current side. Points received from before can still be used across all ROWME sites. On the point history page, the points balance shown is the amount of points you can use on the current site.

Q1: Points across sites include what types of points?
A1: Includes but not limited to points reward for placing an order, comments reward, reward for checking in, lucky draw and all other small games, survey reward, and points given by ROWME  customer service etc.
Q2: How to view points balance from other sites?
A2: You may visit the points page on different sites and view the remaining balance of your points. Same site but different equipment points are interchangeable.
Q3: If I place an order on A site and sign for it on B site, how is the reward for placing order and comment calculated?
A3: Regardless of which site you sign for the order or comment, order placement reward and comment reward are calculated based on the site you place an order at.
Q4: Orders placed before the system upgrade, confirm receipt after system upgrade, how is the reward for order placement and comment calculated?
A4: All points are calculated and distributed based on the time you obtain them.The points you obtain after the system upgrade have already been calculated based on the site.
Q5: Orders placed before the system upgrade, how will the refund be affected after the system upgrade?
A5: To avoid your points balance being affected, orders placed during the archive period, if they need to be returned after the archive period, we will extend the valid period of the points.
How To Get Points?
1. Review our products: You can earn points simply from writing reviews on the products you bought.

  • Leave reviews for items you've purchased after receiving.
  • Your points are updated right after you submit your review.
  • For every item ordered and received, you can submit a comment or review for on ROMWE.
  • Each comment can earn up to 50 points (for optimum amount of points, comments must include text, images, size).
2. APP check-in points:
a. Checking in continuously for a 5-day period, with different amounts of points available.

c. Re-check in after the 6th day check-off to start a new cycle.
d. Each user can check-in once per day successfully.
3. Participate in our giveaways: We have frequent social network activities and opportunities in which customers can earn as many points as possible.
How To Use Points?
If you have points, you can open the points-apply button on the order page to apply the points (the display form may vary between different devices.
Terms Of Use:
Every 100 points can be used as 1 US dollar.
You can use the points to deduct up to 70% of the total amount of products when you place your order (only the total price of products is supported, excluding postage, insurance and taxes).
Points can be used with coupons.
The validity period of ROMWE points varies depending on the situation in which the points were received. Typically, the points are valid for 3 months from received date. Please check the expiration date when you receive ROMWE points.
If you cancel the order, the points used in the order will be refunded to your account within 24 hours. To view the details, click on the points page.
ROMWE reserves the right to amend Point Reward rules at any time with our sole discretion.

You may check your point balance in MY ACCOUNT after signing in.
