What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge?
There are two return methods:
Return By USPS or UPS : The 1st return label of each order is free (for US customers), and each additional return label for the same order costs $7.99 , which will be deducted from your refund. You can either use the provided return label (Printer Required) or the QR code (No Printer Required) and securely tape it on the outside of your return package, then drop off at your nearest USPS or UPS (as applicable) location.
Note:
If you are going to return multiple items from one order, please return them together using one Return label to avoid additional fees.
Return Conditions
1. You have 60 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on ROMWE.com for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact ROMWE Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
4. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
5. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
NOTE: Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-ROMWE products.

How do I find the return label I generated?
Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “View” to download.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your ROMWE Wallet or the original payment account per your request.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Unfortunately, due to the current situation, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
